EasyStat is a very resourceful company that strives to provide fast, reliable and efficient software.
Okay, almost every software company has a similar mission statement, but most of the time it's there just to fill up space on their website and it does not tell the true way of how they do business. So, rather than bore you with our mission, we'll tell you this...
Our Promises to our Customers
- Our products will go through extensive beta testing involving dozens of
external testers. We will not release our software until these testers
tell us it's ready. We'll also make every effort to find problems, as shown
during the beta testing period of EasyStat 4.0 when we gave away thousands of
dollars worth of our software as an incentive for people to report bugs.
- If serious bugs are reported in the current version of our software, we
will not make you wait (and pay!) for the next version to see them fixed.
Fixing bugs in the current version will always take priority over the release
of the next version.
- We will be honest about bugs in our products. After we verify the
existence of a bug, we will add it to our online buglist
so our customers know about it.
- We will build our software based on the needs of our customers. We
maintain an online forum where we
take feature requests, and when the time comes to work on the next version, we
enable you to vote which of these features you want to see most. This is
how EasyStat was developed, and we can't imagine developing without this level
of feedback.
